I refuse to believe in jet lag: I pretend I’m in my new time zone before the plane even takes off, and I never, ever think about what time it is at home.
It’s the key to good sleep!

haha hey mind over matter! Sometimes I have to work east coast hours and am unfortunately forced to think about time zones, which is definitely not ideal!
I much prefer magnesium honestly, melatonin makes me feel too groggy. but I’ll take melatonin maybe if I’m starting to feel tired and it’s within a reasonable time to crash. My issue is always staying asleep so whatever will keep me asleep, like a melatonin magnesium combo seems to do the trick.
